Lipsey's Accessory Dropship Program Guidelines

Effective 4/8/2021

Requirements

Dealers must:

  • Complete the Dropship Account Application to open a dropship account. Contact your Lipsey's Sales Executive for details.
  • Qualify for eCheck (ACH) or Net Payment Terms. Accessory dropship orders cannot be shipped using any other terms.
  • Have an Valid Federal Firearms License or Applicable Business License
  • Agree to adhere to all Manufacturer Minimum Advertised Pricing programs
  • Keep account in good credit standing.

Account Information

  • Accounts on credit hold cannot submit orders.
  • Invoices and statements are emailed to the accounts payable contact associated with your dropship account.
  • The primary email address associated with the dropship account cannot be associated with another Lipsey's account.
    • Log into Lipseys.com using the primary contact's email address to pay online.
  • Dropship account invoices are paid separately from firearms account if applicable.
  • Accounts without orders for 6 months will be deactivated and may need to re-qualify for payment terms.
  • Contact our dedicated dropship account support at [email protected] with questions regarding your account or orders.

Customer Service and Returns

  • You are responsible for all customer service involving your customer and the order.
    This includes:
    • Damages
    • Product Defects
    • Warranty Issues
    • Wrong Item Ordered
    • Returns
    • Any other issues not specifically listed above

  • Lipsey's will not accept any used inventory for returns or replacements.
  • Lipsey's will not contact your customer on your behalf.
  • Lipsey's will not send return shipping labels directly to your customer. It is your responsibility to obtain the inventory to be returned to us.
  • The purchasing dealer is responsible for adhering to all state and local laws enforced on their customer. Lipsey's does not validate order compliance to the destination state. The purchasing dealer is responsible for all customer service needed to obtain and replace the non-compliant accessories.
  • We suggest contacting manufacturers directly on behalf of your customer regarding any missing parts/components or factory related issues.

Shipping and Ordering Information

  • Dropship orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • All orders must be entered by the customer manually online at Lipseys.com or through API integrations. Lipseybs does not manually enter accessory dropship orders.
  • Billing and shipping addresses are not validated for correctness. Lipseybs is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Orders can be placed for 50 U.S. States Only.
  • Orders entered before 8 AM Central Time will ship same business day. Orders entered after 8 AM Central Time will ship next business day.
  • Orders held for credit reasons are not guaranteed to ship the same business day they are entered.
  • Orders must be cancelled as soon as possible. Orders already in process cannot be cancelled.

  • The prepaid shipping rate for accessory dropship orders is $8.00 per order. If third-party billing is used, the shipping rate is $0 and you are responsible for all shipping fees and surcharges related to the order. All orders must ship using the prepaid or third party billing method, not a mixture of both.
    Prepaid Shipping Rates:
    • 48 Continental States
    • Standard Ground Shipping within 6 Business Days - $8 all orders
    • Overnight Shipping - $25 all orders

    • Alaska or Hawaii
    • Standard Shipping - $10 all orders
    • Overnight Shipping - $30 all orders
  • Accessory dropship orders are shipped via Ground Service.
  • Accessory dropship orders over $500 include Adult Signature Required service automatically. There is no charge for this additional feature if enrolled in the prepaid shipping program. This added charge will be billed to you if third party billing is used.
  • Overnight shipping is available and incurs a higher shipping rate for accounts using the prepaid option. Accounts using third party billing will pay their rate for the upgraded service.
  • Lipsey's provides a packing list with all shipments.
  • Lipsey's will coordinate with shipping carriers regarding any delayed or lost shipments. Please contact us to start the process.

  • Lipsey's will make it's best effort to prevent duplicate purchase orders from being submitted within the last 31 days. You are responsible for all invoices, customer service and potential returns associated with duplicate purchase orders submitted outside of the 31 day window.

Manufacturer Restrictions

  • Lipsey's adheres to all manufacturer dropshipping rules. The following manufacturers do not allow accessories to be sold through a dropshipping program.
    • AAC (Advanced Armament)
    • Browning
    • Gemtech
    • GLOCK
    • IWI - Israel Weapon Industries
    • Q
    • Winchester

  • Don't reject orders from your customers for the above manufacturers. Order and ship the inventory to your store and ship it to the customer yourself.
  • As a courtesy, we include the pricing and on-hand quantity information for the above manufacturers even though they cannot be dropshipped.
